I have endometriosis, as a result I have an endometrioma on my right ovary. It’s hurt on and off for about a year now. But now it hurts everyday. It feels so tight around the whole area, my stomach has a swollen bulge in it which only started recently when the pain became more frequent. I currently can’t afford surgery to remove the cyst of the endometriosis tissue. My main concern is my fertility do you think I am ruining my chances of having a baby. You still have one ovary without an endometria on it! I know that doesnt sound great but it is something! My surgeon said that because i did not have endo in my tubes, i would most likely not have an issue getting pregnant... and i didnt. I had two back to back pregnancies and i have endo in both ovaries... so you never know! Good luck!
I have had an endometria cause ovarian torsion before, which is serious. With endometrias, they can twist your ovary around and potentially cut off blood flow, or so all of the doctors I have seen said. The pain you’re feeling is horrible, and I really hope you get better soon! I’m drowning in medical debt from all the surgeries I’ve had, so I understand how expensive these surgeries can be.
