I was on it too for several months but stopped due to mental health side effects and severe dizziness (not sure how I was even driving). Hormones including even the regular pill can increase appetite and can cause more bloating and water retention , it is definitely a thing. It made me more hungry for sure. Since being off my appetite is less and more normal

Omgosh yes to the point where I feel as if I'm starving. I'm not a big eater at all, but since taking the visanne I have this huge hunger feeling to the point where my stomach would make this hunger sounds and feel completely empty when just finishing a meal.
