Did Your Dr. Recommend The Endo Diet? Or Are You On The Endo Diet?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am curious if anyone has seen results and/or improvement from the endo diet. I try to eat a balanced diet I had surgery last April for mild endo and chose against an IUD or getting pregnant the 2 options my Dr gave me. But I am wondering if the endo diet helps? Thank you

Eating vegan really helps me. But its extremely hard to adhere to with a family

I’ve never specifically been put on a diet but eating less meat and limiting gluten or removing it helps for whatever reason

I started it a little over a week ago, I'm not sure if its helping or not, I did seem to be pain free for a few days but then it came back. Ive cheated a few times as the diet is extremely demanding but some things I do notice make me feel allot worse when I eat them like caffeine and bread
