My boyfriend and I were talking yesterday on the way home about how fertility treatments aren't covered by insurance but yet there are things that are covered if a doctor validates them as necessary medically.
Why can't a doctor validate that a woman needs fertility treatments in order to get pregnant and it be covered??
We were looking at Knoxville TN
Hey, is anyone else trying for a baby and getting nowhere? Both me and my other half have problems and we are currently waiting for ivf... Just wondering if anyone going through this as well?
Wondering if anyone having issues conceiving has tried having a laporoscopy done to "clean out" the endo that could be blocking pregnancy?
Ok so I'm asking this question because my Mom is curious. How many of you were on long term birth control before you started having issues trying to conceive?
My Mom is convinced birth control (or something consumed in our generation) is causing infertility. We know birth control keeps Endo from growing quickly, so I'm not sure her theory applies with our disease. But I told her I would ask

My mental health has been off the wall lately with this quarantine I have a lot of time to think, I’m hating myself for being infertile for being broken, for not being able to do the one thing I feel like I’m suppose to be able to do and that’s be pregnant. I want it so bad it hurts and consumes me. Yet there is nothing I can do I have been trying for 8 years, I can’t afford fertility treatments. And they may not even work. Quick question. Or, if you have advice or suggestions, PLEASE. Share anything you have.
My husband and I are planning to start trying soon. Although very exciting, of course with endo, comes infertility, pain, etc.

I was first diagnosed at age 13 or 14. I’m going on 21 now and I’m concerned about this. I want to have kids but I don’t know if I should plan sooner rather than later. Thanks in advance!
Katherine is correct. I believe the only reason i had both of mine is because of the 2 surgeries that happen before i got pregnant and a little luck. Do what is best for you love.
Hey everyone!! Little background, i was diagnosed with Endo when i was 22, 4 years ago when i ended up in the er due to severe pain. I had free flowing blood from pelvic area all the way up to my neck and they needed to preform emergency surgery. Hi there,
Does anyone have clear numbers on how endo affects when you should start trying to have a baby? what about IUD + endo + age?
