I'm been struggling more, with pain, weight gain, acne etc. I would like yo find out what you use to control the weight gain and ghe acne. Are there things you use routines? I walk my dogs everyday. And try to eat mostly correct

Hi Endo Warriors! This is a photo of me around age 15 when I first started experiencing Endo symptoms. I remember temporarily losing my vision twice due to the pain being so bad. I remember feeling so afraid because I was suffering so much with vomiting on my period too and no one thought anything was wrong with me. When you are told there is nothing wrong with you, you stop asking for help because you feel afraid that maybe you are the one who is mistaken.

I still have meat once a week or less. I cut out gluten. Cutting dairy made absolutely no difference to me. Cutting gluten DID.

I had an partial hysterectomy on 2-2 this year( I still have my ovarys and they removed endometrial tissue) but I took off my hormonal patch last week and now I have my ‘menstruation’ well it still hurts in my belly and the area around my anus. Even tho they told me they removed all the endometrial tissue successfully I don’t really believe it. I also have a menstrual migraine. Any tips? It's tedious but my favorite is putting rice in a sock and putting it in the microwave, gets hotter than any heating pad I've ever had
I'm 17 years old right now and have been dealing with chronic pain(abdominal and migraines) since I was 12. It started with dually migraines and then went into daily nausea.
