3 monthly Decapeptyl injection

Got my first injection of Decapeptyl 12 days ago been put onto the 3 monthly injection and have started bleeding , not really heavy but experiencing cramping
Is this normal I’ve never had this type of treatment any advice would be appreciated

Hi i just woundring because its 8 weeks now i didn't get my period and 3 weeks ago i was avulating and i have still very bed hot flushes day and night when the hot flushes will go i feel so week
