I have been experiencing a twinging pain on my right groin area since my cycle ended last week and now I have stabbing pain in my right —well my right butt cheek 😞. I tried doing deep stretches and focus on stretching the muscles in my bottom. Any ideas for better stretches than just twist lunges? (I have two questions actually).
I always get sciatica and pain on one side in the days leading up to my period. It feels like a cyst but then seems to disappear once my period is underway (then it’s replaced with horrible cramps lol!! Endo sucks!!
I have had sciatic pain that radiates from my hand to my foot since all this pelvic pain started. I recently started orilissa, and the pain has reduced. When I initially started Prozac, it also reduced for a while but gradually came back.
Yes! This month it was on my left side and I had it about 4 days before my period and three days into my period. I’m sorry for your pain.
I think I may need a new seat cushion as well. I just bought a cheap one from a discount store lol because my job was only temporary but now I’m full-time (thank goodness). I have an appointment with my new doctor today. Nervous yet hoping for the best.
