Odd Question😄but Do Those Of You With Adenomyosis Get A Sore Lower Back When You Sleep On Your Tummy?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I'm a tummy sleeper and notice I often get a sore lower back when I sleep that way. Wonder if it's from the adenomyosis?

I can't sleep on my tummy at all, but yes, I get low back pains. Better since the hysterectomy I had, but also needing pelvic floor physical therapy to help.

Exactly what I had! I've just had a total hysterectomy- left my ovaries- a few days ago, and I can't believe how great I'm feeling!! Obviously still recovering but it's almost like my body is seriously relieved the uterus is gone!!😄 surgeon said it was so huge and inflamed... feeling really positive right now and high hopes for feeling so much better going forward🤗

I always have lower back pain or stiffness sitting, stand, or laying. The only relief is on my side but then my hips start to hurt.
