I went to gynecologist today for follow up and once again had very bad anxiety and discomfort during the exam. They only looked on outside vulva area since I cannot do a internal exam with speculum due to the pain I expereince. She said there was irritation and took a swab and said I may hage muscle spasms and brought up pelvic floor physical therapy. Has anyone ever tried that and did it end up helping you?
