Is there something you can wear that helps with endo belly?

I struggle with Endo belly as well. I found a pair of leggings that have a waist slimming band. Available from places like Walmart. It does help a fair bit with the appearance of the Endo belly, but wearing them can actually become painful by day end because of the compression against the bloat.

I had an abdominal support thing (like spanex material) for after my surgery but my dr said he doesn't really think they do much. I'm not sure if it'd help w/endo belly or not. It'd help w/appearance obviously. It's compression so it might help but I don't know for sure.

I mean something that you can wear.. for example a gurdle of some sort that helps with inflammation and to appear less bloated

Yoga pants and dresses are my friends. They don’t help prevent the endo belly if that’s what you’re asking for but they make me feel more comfortable.
