I also experience pressure in the bladder when going to the bathroom. My pelvic floor physical therapist told me it's probably tight pelvic floor muscles and that she could help me with that. You may look into pelvic floor PT.

I deal with this. I was referred to a Urologist who is now referring me to another urologist who specializes more in what I deal with.
