My doctor said that most female get ibs if they have endometriosis

It’s very common to be diagnosed with both but in a pretty significant number of cases, it’s actually endo on/in the bowel. I had “IBS” for 20 years until I had excision 5 months ago and it’s virtually gone.

IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion, meaning they don’t actually find anything else wrong but they still see the problem you’re having.

IBS can often actually be SIBO which can be treated.

Yes, what @A MyEndometriosisTeam Member said. I had endo on my bowel and my period week diarrhea was gone once I had my excision surgery.
