How Do I Get An MRI As I Am Awaiting To See The Gunacologist For A Possible Laporoscopy But It Could Take Months.
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been waiting 9 years for a diagnosis and I haven't had an MRI but am waiting for a possible laporoscopy but it could take months to hear back, how do I go about an MRI to maybe see if that can confirm endometriosis.

All I gotta say is fight for your diagnosis! After previous Laproscopy and operations they still didnt find anything... until sept 2023 I went to the emergency for severe pain and vomiting they ended… read more

Got 2 doses of Pfizer and no issues, just delayed ovulation after the 2nd one which seems fairly common on my fertility app (depending what time of your cycle you get the dose) 🙂

Please Be Kind Just Looking For Guidance
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

(22, stage 4 Endo as well as other things)I just had my second laparoscopy last week. I had a endometrioma as big as a grapefruit on my bladder(just as big as the last one they removed 2 years prior) I’ve been peeing blood off and on but they said it was normal. I also had 2 more cysts the size of a orange they removed. Also found out my fallopian tube is somehow unattached and wrapped around my ovary as well as connecting to my rectum which has been causing me to bleed from my rectum the last 2… read more

I Recently Started Taking Norethindrone And Im Experiencing Almost Constant Bleeding, Cramping, Bloating And Headache
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

I started at 5mg but am now at a max dose of 15mg. I’ve been cramping intensely and bleeding for the last 15 days. The blood is dark and smells bad.

I reached out to my doc last week and she advised to treat with heat/ibuprofen.

When I had my MRI in March they identified a large cyst (42mm) in my uterus. I’m curious if it could possibly be leaking? Or if there is something else here that I’m missing.

I am seeing a specialist. She’s just a very highly sought after surgeon and I don’t always get answers very quickly, in this case a couple of weeks. Do you have an endo doc who isn’t also a surgeon… read more
