There are many symptoms that I can't remember them all. Do you want a link (credible, of course)? Most doctors will say your adrenals are fine if you don't have the two main disorders/diseases so patients have to be their own advocate yet again.

How does one know if they have adrenal fatigue?

Yes... I had it... it’s gotten a lot better since I reduced my stress. The stress was caused by my job and my over-all health. Not to mention Endo lesions that caused inflammation which affected my immune system and caused the fatigue.

I don’t have it. But my mum does. She has Addison’s disease- so her adrenal glands don’t function at all.
