Hello,
I am naturally slimmer, and with these 2 very large endometriomas (8cm and 6cm) my lower tummy is pretty round. I am wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, had excision surgery and noticed a change? I honestly just want to wear my slimmer fitting dresses again and not look 5 months pregnant.
Thanks so much in advance for your input. xoxo
I had my surgery in January and didn’t notice the swelling to go down until three months after. Course me surgery was a little more extensive.
Hopefully that helps a little
Oh, I was saying that I didn't have much of a bump, but it helped with the swelling and scar tissue under my incisions. So I don't know if it can help something as large as the bumps you're describing; I thought it might be worth making an appointment with a pelvic floor physical therapist to ask.
I have had 6 laproscopic surgeries and some have went away and two others have stayed raised and a large bump out of the skin. I have had them last years and go away. I have two that i had my last surgery in Feb 2019 they are still raised.
Sorry, I've always been a bigger girl, so I can't help you! I would hope so, though. An excision surgeon would definitely remove any endometriomas
Does that help get rid of the bump?
