I definitely get that! It's pretty unsightly, and crappy to have to wear hygiene products in between times. I do find that stress makes it worse for me, so self care really helps.

Yes I do as well. It’s not a lot at once, but I do notice for me that it’s after my period has ended for several days and a few random days after that.

Yes! I would say about a week before and a bit after for me. I don't find it to be a lot, personally.
