Hi, has anyone here had good success with CBD oil to treat endo pain (and all the other shitty side effects)
I'm currently always in pain, always nauseas, always tired, always got a headache (sometimes migraine), and stuff is either too weak to do anything or it gives me other side effects (e.g. nausea from anti-inflammatory , constipation from codeine, etc)
I've tried different diets (nothing helps), I've tried pelvic floor PT (I personally found this kind of condescending?) and I'm just… read more

The CBD Oil itself doesn't help me but the CBD patches help me tremendously. I have no idea why!

Yes, I was on CBD reguarly and it made a huge difference in my pain. There are many different kinds of CBD and I found that it is important to take it reguarly. I was on medical marijuana and got CBD with a small amount of THC because I think it helps the CBD absorb more effectively. I use to buy oil with as much CBD and as little THC as I could and make capsules as it stayed in my system longer. I took two capsules a day and it takes about 2 weeks for the CBD to start helping. I also found a 100% THC pain cream that I applied topically to my pelvis, hips, back and it is the best pain relief I have ever found. Since the pain cream was applied topically and the oil had such low levels of THC, I didnt get high with this treatment. But if you do decide to go that route, please know it took me several months to find this balance and many things did not work. Everyone is different but I would encourage you to try it out. It also helped my digestion and other pain issues. Hope you find relief!

I've struggled with endo for 10 years now. I like natural cures and struggle alot. I have found that dairy inflames my endometriosis terribly. I was on low carb diet off and on last 8 years and had no idea I waS making it worst by eating so much cheese. Soy also irritates it. It mimic female hormones which makes things worse too. Birth control ( nuva ring) was my solution from my dr for past 10 years. It did help but I got so many cyst 😪. So I got pissed at all of it and stopped birth control a year ago.. i adjusted my diet. It was just a coincidence. I had done a cleanse and wasn't permitted soy gluten or dairy for 30 days. . That is how I discovered different foods make it worst! Hope this helps. I realize there different stages for all of us.

I’ve tried CBD in a variety forms and have found that it can help with nausea and tension but not so much with pain. TBH the CBD that has a low percent of THC as well has been way more helpful for me personally especially with the migraines. I’m currently using a ginger cbd/thc chew and it’s good for nausea. For headaches sometimes a combo of heat and ice on my neck and shoulders can provide some relief. 20 minutes each alternating between a heating pad and a ice pack made for shoulders.
