Diet Change What Helps?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does changing your diet help with endometriosis? I've been considering trying that to help with pain control. What kind of foods should I avoid?

100%! I would say a good tip would be to keep a food journal and write down possible foods that trigger your symptoms. For example, I know coffee, large intake of dairy and sugar are extreme triggers for me. Gluten included. But I haven’t fully eliminated all these foods, though. I just know to take smaller intakes or avoid if I can!

What do you mean, no pizza?! haha Oh my gosh.. I love pizza.

You're right with ginger! I literally have a huge hunk of it sitting infront of me on my desk at work. It's amazing. Amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing.
