@A MyEndometriosisTeam Member - some people do say that the first 2-3 periods can be painful. If you want to be prepared just in case it is really painful you could order vaginal CBD suppositories from Foria, they're better at relieving uterine & ovarian pain than other delivery forms of CBD.
I'm staying on hormonal suppression until 3-6 months after surgery because my pain was too excruciating every day to have a period & I also have a lot of fibroids & will have surgery on my uterus to remove them too & I've heard that periods are unbearably excruciating after uterine surgery so I want to avoid that! But I'll be using the vaginal suppositories right after surgery to help with pain & then I also want to have them once I do finally have a period again, so I don't have to be anxious & worried about the pain!

Ohhhh noooooooo lol thank you for the warning!!!
My first period after came two days after surgery. It was terrible. They didnt warn me about it. 🙄
It took me another year in fact I had already given up and went to have another surgery and there at the hospital is when I found out I was pregnant
I got pregnant as soon as I tried. The surgery was a great success. I don’t remember my period being too bad after the surgery.
