I've found Vaseline works good. use it every time you go to the bathroom.
I’ve just started to get my diet together, dr’s haven’t really given much info on what to eat or do for endo so I just look it up and try n find sum foods that are good for inflammation, I been reading about Chinese herbs that are really beneficial
Again I will keep saying Im not a dr but from my experience and speaking with multiple drs (urologist, general, Obgyn, etc) burning with urination can be a symptom of endometriosis. I get it quite often as well, anytime tested for uti etc, it's always negative. My Obgyn believes it to be Endo related. For the pain, if I can I take a warm bath or sometimes just applying the heating pad down there will help ease the pain. Hope this helps. Xoxo

I really upped my water intake and electrolytes yesterday and I’m starting to notice a light change. I’m going to try to keep that up and see if it had long lasting improvement. I’m just so very glad that I’m not alone!
Hey. No I have not seen a PT yet. I see my doctor next week so I’m going to ask about it.
