I did. I did the lower and higher dosage. The lower dosage you can be on for 2 years but it didn’t do much for me. The higher dosage for 6 months really helped with my pain and bleeding but as soon as I finished it my symptoms came back. Lepron shot had more of a long effect afterwards almost 4 years. The side effects were pretty intense for orissila.

I took the lower dosage which is all I could tolerate. It helped me with my rectovaginal pain with bowel movements and midline pelvic pain a lot. However, the night sweats, hot flashes were really hard to tolerate. When my hair started falling out in chunks I stopped the medicine. I was like if I'm going to be miserable, I'd like to at least not look completely hideous. I did not take it with add back therapy though. My suggestion would be to try to see if they give you progesterone pills with it or other add back therapy that they recommend with it. Worked well, maybe too well.

Orilissa is Lupron in pill form. It's chemotherapy for advanced prostate cancer. It causes many long-term problems.

I called AbbVie and spoke to a pharmacist.
