Do you drink alcohol? Do you avoid alcohol? Does it make your symptoms worse?

I have been asked if I want to be apart of this research study. I am needing help with deciding what to do. I am he's aren't because o don't know to much about it and I am just getting more confused the more I try to resurch.

I've had it 4 months. I have an appt on Thursday. My doc wanted me to wait 3-6 months to give it a chance. I'm getting more new symptoms. I'm in pain every day. I feel like my insides and expanding and stretching apart. I currently don't get prescribed any pain meds. I can get through work and that's about it.

I'm specifically asking women who still have their ovaries and are premonopause are not on any hormone inhibitors (like Lupron). It is so weird to me because it starting showing in my bloodwork after excision surgery and my hysterectomy (complete, not radical) that I have low estrogen levels. Looking for some guidance about dos and donts that can help to make pain less. What should I avoid? What should I eat more of?

I have been on Visanne 2mg for 6 weeks. The spotting/light bleeding started 10 days after I was on the pill, and until today, the bleeding never stopped. It got a bit heavier starting at week 5: bright red blood with some small clots, but much less bleeding than a regular period. So I have a few days left on my pill and had surgery a week and a half ago. Yesterday I started bleeding heavier and having some pretty intense cramps, which could also be being a bit off about taking my birth control since I’m not having the best time recovering from surgery. Just had my laparoscopy done 2 days ago and the doctor wants me to start to take progesterone only pill for 8 weeks continuously until I see him. I had spotting after I started the 1st pill last night. I don't really know the bleeding is from the laparoscopy or the pill....anyone has similar experience to share?
