Good to know Im not the only 1 experiencing hot flashes out of nowhere. It always feels like my torso on up is overheating all of a sudden off & on for no more than 30 min usually & then I’m fine all of a sudden. My face will sometimes be flushed during. I feel like I’m booking from the inside.

In my early 20s and i get crazy hot flashes, night sweats, and cold flashes, usually right before a flare up. Wishing you a stable temp ❤️

Yes, my internal thermostat is way off. I am 49 so that probably has something to do with it...but even in my 20s and 30s I've had night sweats. Usually occurring the week before my period.
