Came here looking for this. I get a headache, sore throat, body aches, nausea, fatigue. This last time I even got a rash across my stomach. It's been worrying me. But even though it sucks, it makes me feel better to know it's not just me.

In general lately I've been more moody and tired. I feel like my hormones are a mess.

Yes! I didnt know there was a specific name for this. Extreme fatigue (like can barely lift my arms), and a what feels like a fever because i'm hot and sweaty, but when I take my temp, it's always normal. Complete with nausea and full achy body from head to toe. Almost every time it happens, i think i actually did get sick and then my period appears, and i remember 🤦‍♀️. Doesn’t happen every time i have a period, which is why it always seems to throw me off.

Yes! Thats exactly what I wanted to know. The day before my cycle I always get super nauseated and tired and weak. This time was horrible!!! I thought something was seriously wrong with me... Now that my period has started I feel fine... 🤦🏾
