Has Anyone Tried Turmeric As A Way To Manage Endo Pain?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Turmeric is considered one of the most effective anti-inflammatory compounds in the world. I’ve tried CBD oil which can also supposedly reduce inflammation but didn’t help at all. Has anyone tried it?

Yes, I think it makes a difference! I had a powder with it in that I drank daily for a while which I think was the best (having it daily). I do turmeric lattes or just add it into foods.
