I had endometriosis on my bladder both times I had laproscopic surgery. I too have frequent UTI's so I blame that because I read once the endometriosis adheres to the bladder it could mess with the wall of the bladder and introduce bacteria easier. I had pain everywhere but definitely felt it in the kidneys.

I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago (adenomyosis) but am having terrible right sided pain and have had urine/kidney infections at least once a month the past 9 months so has me wondering.x

I feel the same way sometimes but it's all in that pelvic region so alkaline fizzy stuff helps me or a good flush out with lots of water or even cranberry supliments and probiotics for bladder health can't hurt when I feel the discomfort or whatever it's hard to explain but definitely a difference with the endo by the womb obviously u can pick it up when going to the toilet like I easily get uti's haven't thought anything of it because of how closely related the pain region is you know so I let it pass but I would suggest getting it checked out just to know for sure
