Macca root and black cohosh supplement. I take one macca root pill in the morning on empty stomach and one after dinner. I take one black cohosh pill in the day. I had my ovaries removed and after being on those supplements for a week, i probable get what “feels” lile a hot flash once or twice a day. Im sure with continuos use, I will not get any more. Be sure to buy the organic brands. Hope it brings you relief!💛💛
