I am suffering from deep endo, mostly in the Douglas pouch. This means bowel movements can be very painful, especially around my periods.
I am not a big fan of taking ibuprofen all the time (which thankfully works) and was wondering if any of you have tried more specific treatments - such as a rectal cream which can be used to apply right where the pain is? I have been told some suppositories can help too… any recommandations? Thanks a mill !
