Does Anyone Take Vitamin Or Herbal Suppliments For Their Endo Symptoms?
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question šŸ’

I was wondering if anyone takes any suppliments, herbal or vitamins, that they feel helps mitigate their pain or endo symptoms. Iā€™m using magnesium and Pycnogenol, but have been looking into Milk Thistle. What works for you all?

I used milk thistle at times, among other natural supplements. It took some tries to find what helped when. Of course they work for some people and not others...just like everything really. I can tell you, I healed my endo naturally and kept my womb intact without having the recommended hysterectomy. Regardless of where you are there are solutions. I teach women how to heal chronic conditions and pains...keep seeking solutions that are right for you. Happy to chat if you wish. Sending lots of loving healing vibrations.

Thanks to both of you! @A MyEndometriosisTeam Member I have definitely considered tumeric, but my doctor told me it can exacerbate kidney stones, which I get a lot of (just lucky I guess šŸ™ƒ)

Save your money. Unfortunately after years of living with endometriosis I have not experienced any relief from herbal supplements, believe me I tried it all! Magnesium is actually a good daily supplement to keep you regular and to help you sleep well. Other than that, nothing works. Only going into menopause help. I no longer have pain. Wishing you a life free of pain.
