It helps a lot of people. But if you develop pelvic floor dysfunction, there are certain activities that can make that pain worse. For me, it's usually pain from cysts that prevent me from working out.
Working out is what helped me with my endo pains. You have to keep moving to break up adheasions and scars that endo forms in your body. Yoga really helps with that. 💛💛
