Has anyone got any good ways to deal with pain, ive been told i have umbilical endo and they’ve put me on the mini pill, i take naproxen and codeine for the pain but usually doenst help if the pain is severe. The pain is usually at its worse when im on my period and my belly button constantly bleeds when im on.
Hi i also have umbilical endometriosis and had the bleeding out belly button for 2 years was just given anti biotics had to fight for investigations had a polyp in my womb removed and coil fitted belly bleeding stopped for few months thn returned with vengence i tried prostrap injections but 3 months in swelling and pain is worse so im stopping them 😢
