Gluten And Dairy Free

I have heard some people say going gluten and dairy free help with Endo symptoms has anybody switched over and does it actually make a difference ??

I've been dairy and gluten free for a year now, and I feel much better. Less bloating, less nausea, less inflammation, less stomach issues.
Maybe try it for two weeks and see if this is something that works for you too.

I've tried that solution. I read an article from an Australian nutritionist and long story short, she stated how adding a small amount of cheese to your diet would assist with gastrointestinal issues. I've done just that, and from September-Today, i have not had my monthly problems of being nauseous or in pain & motionless. πŸ˜’
