Hi🙂does anyone else also feel so depressed at times all you can do is cry and have suicidal thoughts and you have no idea how or why you're feeling that way? This past week has been such a rollercoaster for me and I seem to push people further away and then I end up feeling lonely and miserable ☹️any advice?

Try meditation for calming measures. Deep breathing exercises really help a lot. Your Dr. Might prescribe you something for depression. You won't always know why you are feeling the way you do. It happens. Worry about yourself at this time though. You can't change what you have done. But apologize for your mistakes. You have to put you first. Until you feel better or can manage. Also they have different forms of cannabis that can help Also. Good luck and hope all goes well.

If you have suicidal thoughts you have to do something about it. There are different forms of therapy, you can try group therapy or family constellations. Chronical pain gives you a feeling of complete impotence, but there are alternative ways of managing pain. And there are always good things in life as well. You can write a journal and every evening you write down what you are grateful for.
