Endo In Chest

Endo In Chest

Is it possible to have endo in your chest. Occasionally I have very sharp pains in my chest that feel similar to the pains I have due to my endo. I have gone to a dr about this before but they couldn't figure out the cause and the area that I have the pains in doesn't correspond to any organs so we didn't look any further into it.

Sadly yes. There are reports of it in eyes, on lungs, and brain. I pray that it is just a fluke and doesn't happen often. Pelvic is bad enough, I can't imagine having it anywhere else.

There have been recent studies released with finding endo adhesions on the diaphragm and lungs.. this could most definitely be a contributing factor to your chest pains or it could be a referred pain if you have a lot of adhesions around your stomach or bowel

I did experience pressure in my chest area. It felt like my heart was being squeezed. I believed I experienced that pain due to the increased levels of hormones going through my body. Endo is a terrible disease. I tried Tylenol and Pepto-Bismol. Not sure that any of that helped. Wishing you a life free of suffering.
