I know exactly what you’re going through. My fatigue has been a major issue for me as well. Normally one coffee gets me going, now even three doesn’t help. I am suspecting I have endo on my bladder and bowels, but will hear back in a week. I hope your surgery goes well. 💛

I hear you! Dealing with extreme fatigue now. My doctor said it’s a hormone issue. Until we figure out a remedy, my lunch break is nap time!!!

I also suspect it could be caused by sleep apnea as I have mild sleep apnea I'm going to get the test redone and see if it has gotten worse.

I can't work partly due to this issue I've also been getting seizures and ataxia but I don't know if this is due to endometriosis and I was wondering if anyone else experiences this .
I'm hoping once this nodule is out my symptoms will eventually disappear.
