I've continued to notice that my hot flashes are extremely worse during an endometriosis flare up. Endometriosis by itself is miserable, then you add menopause to the mix! Anyone have an suggestions for pain relief? Laying on the heating pad helps my endo pain but it's like adding gasoline to a fire when I have a hot flash!
I am currently breastfeeding and for me I also get hot flashes a ton with my flare ups. Super embarrassing when I sweat through my shirts. I feel ya
Tumeric helps and the dollar store has somw good medicine for menopause to help with hot flashes. I live on my heating pad! I also sleep with a fan on and an ice pack around my neck or my head to help try to balance the hot flashes especially when i am on my heating pad. Drink lots of water so you dont dehydrate. I am also on a birth control to help with the symptoms. I had a hyst. Ab 6 ago and they took EVERYTHING OUT so the BC helps balance that and slow the symptons down.
