Hello Tea thank you very much for your feedback it sure helps a lot, i will definitely do some more research and told my mom and husband they must go with me to the doctor on Wednesday so that they can help me remember everything and assist with the questions I have to ask.

Hi Anika, l have had everything removed 6yrs ago hoping that l would not have to live with pain anymore. I did get a few years relief but now l have to get a referral to see a neurologist because l am living with bilateral sciatica, chronic pain everyday. I will have to get MRI scans on my pelvis once l see the specialist, because there is a possibility that the endometriosis has grown on my sciatic nerve. Endometriosis is a horrible incurable disease.

Hello! My name is Tea and I had a total hysterectomy (uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, and cervix removed) at 25. I was living in the USA at the time and did not want kids. I also couldn’t afford $36,000 surgeries every 2 years. So I had a full hysterectomy with the hope of having longer periods of time between surgeries. Hysterectomy doesn’t cure you. It can always come back, and it doesn’t stop 100% of symptoms. I had menopausal symptoms before my surgery as well. So I figured why not just do it. It also saved me from worries of another miscarriage or unwanted pregnancy. So for me it was a layered decision. Most people on here say talked to your doctor about it. But it’s not a decision for them. I say research and then bring it up to your doctor. Bring a friend or family with you to your appointment so you aren’t bullied into a decision you don’t want. But REMEMBER TO RESEARCH. Please please please research. You deserve to do whatever you want to keep your sanity. I know, because I had to fight for that. I wish you all the best. And def add me to your team if you need 💛
