I would say easily a couple of weeks though regular clothes especially pants were not comfortable for about three months. I'm not truly sure exactly when mine passed as I proceeded to start gaining weight after surgery (15 pounds in a year) so the belly never truly went away.

For me it took about 3-4 days for the gas pain in my abdomen and shoulder to subside. My bloat took about 2 weeks. Ginger and peppermint teal helped!
