Same! Around ovulation. I was scared inhad a bad case of the flue or COVID several times and didn't know what to make of it. It's very bizarre. I think it really does have to do with the immune system/inflammation. I tend to get coughs, congestion, fever, chills, etc. It comes quickly and then leaves quickly when my cycles is done.

Yes same it's bizarre the amount of times I think covid has finally got me! But it never it and as quick as comes it quickly goes again, it must be something to do with the immune system or inflammation x

Yes, I am the same. I also tend to catch viruses more easily at this time as well. Looking back (not all the time) when I’ve caught the flu, COVID, a bad cold/bronchitis, etc. I was on my period. It’s just awful. Do any of you get really bad inflammation that goes to your back? Feels like flank pain but all is fine there and once cycle starts the pain minimizes and is gone by end of my period but flares up again around ovulation.
