I have been getting really horrible pelvic spasms and I don’t know what to do
I am starting Yoga because I have been getting bad hip pain And really helps with that. But I have never tried pelvic floor therapy
I've done Pelvic Floor Therapy in the past it really helped. I need to get back into it. They teach you about how we sit and hold a lot of tension in our lower region. Also how to do proper breathing and stretching to relieve pain. I've never really done yoga before I've tried it when I was younger and was a lot more flexible.
I personally think yoga is helpful sometimes, i have similar issues. Have you looked into pelvic floor physical therapy? I also find that greatly helpful for said issue.
