I have this! It’s a jolting sharp pain that I can feel in my stomach down to my vagina. It’s like a nerve pain if that makes sense—not muscular.

Have either of you found anything that helps? Physically or mentally conditioning? I've done therapy for this and feel stuck cause the pain sort of got better sexually. Kind of. The fear is still there and now I break out in a stress sweat immediately when I have a sexual thought or when I'm trying to just have fun with my man so he knows I know at least one of us isn't dead inside.

Yes! And it definitely feels like a nerve pain for me too! It is so hard explaining this to the person you're in a relationship with! Even after 10 years together. I feel this is one of the more misunderstood symptoms I have and it's easy for me to feel guilty (as if I have any control over it!)
