Hello Endo Warriors! Who here is gluten free? Has it helped? Are there any supplements that seem to help you? I just went gluten free. Currently taking vitamin E, C, D, DHA, and CoQ10, and probiotic. Just diagnosed on 4/6 where endometriosis was removed from multiple areas. A little in shock, but trying to change to a healthier lifestyle for my health.

I'm vegan and it didn't help me sadly. I also tried gluten free, this also didn't help me but we are all different, at different stages etc. So it may help others x

I have cealiac, so i have been gluten free prior to being diagnosed i can say that before i went gluten free the cramping i would get during a flare at the time my gp said was “normal period pain” 🙄 was intense. Gluten free does assist i have also heard dairy free as well helps inflamation.
