Getting a new puppy actually has really helped me! Lol! I think it's the more activity I'm getting plus I get to nap with her in the afternoon

Vitamins: Iron, Vitamin D, Vitamin B, Folate. Basically all the vitamins lol. Spacing my work/errands out so I’m not doing all at once. Less carbs as they make me tired for some reason. I find going for a walk a day/getting a bit of exercise helps with my energy levels and helps me sleep if I’ve moved my body. Some days though none of this helps and I’m just shattered!

Dealing with fatigue I use cardio for life which is a powder on Amazon. U just apply water or juice on a empty stomach. It helps with the fatigue, taking orilissa help with pain and fatigue also. Also exercising helps with fatigue and pain. It helps to release hormones like dopamine that helps you to feel more happier and it releases endorphins to reduce pain also

Anti inflammatory diet has helped me tremendously with this and the symptoms. It’s also been shown to slow the growths and progression of endo. Intramax Vitamin (it’s in liquid form and contains many vitamins) and lots of water.
