What is LVH?
I had my hysterectomy about 8 years ago and, physically, I'm pretty close to the same pain level I had going in to surgery. Still have bladder issues that are progressing rapidly. Lower back pain worsened 10 fold. I'm running out of treatment options and have a complete rectal prolapse now too, which is apparently somewhat common after hysterectomy and docs don't really talk about that part. The endo most definitely didn't slow down even a little. I've felt like I had to recover from surgery pain on top of the regular progression of endo. I'm gonna try to see an actual endo specialist...but, if he suggests laporoscopy/excision, I don't know what to expect. I'm sure I need excision, but question is "will it be worth it if I go that route".
