I live in PA, but I looked up Dr. Farah Alvi and Dr. Laura Douglass on another site that rates docs based on experience with endo particularly. I think found the right Laura Douglass. Dr. Farah Alvi was there for sure. Both of them were rated "advanced", that's 2 out of 4. The last level 2 doc I saw was definitely miles ahead of those a level below him, but even he ran into a wall with what to do for me. At this point, Dr. Vidali is my only hope. He's considered the leading endo specialist in the world. He's in NY and I have a video appt with him on next Friday. Sometimes, it does take the best of the best to figure out how to manage a complex case and especially pain. Here's the site I was looking on, in case you're curious:
