I am on Sprintec and IUD, basically my periods are pretty non existent, just so dark spotting and I get some symptoms during my normal period week.

@Sarah184, I live in Cincinnati. I am on both pill and IUD as well which worked pretty well for roughly 8 years. Every time I had issues, changing up my diet for awhile would help, but it got out of control again this summer. My doctor recommended a change in birth control from progesterone only to Loesterin. I'm only a week in, but does seem somewhat improved. I'm still debating moving forward with surgery. I am done having kids, but just hoping to avoid surgery if I can. What BC are you on? I have had on and off nausea as well as abdominal/pelvic/back/leg pain, burning sensation in body, arm/wrist/feet tingling, chest pains, brain fog and been diagnosed over the years with IBS, IC, gastritis, esophagitis, pelvic congestion (generic seen on MRI, but no real diagnosis), adenomyosis...they have not officially diagnosed endo until I do a laproscopic, which I probably need to do at this point.

The latest scan showed a 3.7 cm cyst on left ovary, and on second scan roughly a month later, was 2.25 cm. They want to reevaluate in 8 weeks after trying the pill switch
