I know that my estrogen levels are sky high, due to my symptoms and I have extremely bad brain fog.

I had an endocrinologist for years until she retired, but she was the one who decided to try an IUD and birth control together and it worked! She was also a lot more attentive than my OB/GYN who continued to brush off my symptoms
