Can the endo on the ovary cyst shrink or does it grow. I have a cyst on the left overy. I have no uterus and no follopian tubes only the two overies and the cervics.

Yes. It is usually a cyst called an endometrioma or a chocolate cyst. I had a 10cm endometrioma removed from my right ovary in December 2020 and was finally diagnosedwith Stage IV endo. In May 2018, I had one on my left ovary that I was not aware of. It got so large it ruptured, tore apart my left ovary and fallopian tube. I was rushed into emergency surgery and they had to remove my left ovary and fallopian tube.
