I have stage IV endo and my doctor discovered adenomyosis during a sonogram last December. This month, I am noticing that after a bowel movement that I have vaginal bleeding. It ranges from light bleeding to a heavy spotting. I need to wear a light pad. I was wondering if other people have experienced this. I have my next appointment with my gynecologist in November.
