Yes, I do. I think it's PMDD which is a severe form of premenstrual syndrome (PMS ). This causes depression, mood variations a week or two before the menses and resolves once the period starts. This happens to me all the time. When I am in the swing of it, I forget that I have this going on then it dawns on me and every month, it happens like that. The symptoms disappear immediately when I start to bleed out. Lol.
It's like relief. Like a weight lifted. It's a seismic shift. It took years for me to learn about PMDD and I learned of it on my own by researching. As much as I would complain, you'd think a doctor would have alerted me to this condition. I am sorry you suffer with this. I truly feel your pain. My heart goes out to you.
